Non-NHS Services - 'Private Work'

We can text patients appointment reminders, invites for appointments and general health information circulars.

Submit a health questionnaire to your GP practice if you have been requested to do so.

Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We will require written confirmation of your authority to access another patients medical record.
